Is Zoho Sales IQ for me or I should use another tool?

Right now we have several channels throughout we receive request, questions, orders... etc.

These channels are email (we use Zoho Team Inbox here), Instagram, Facebook, phone, cell phone and mainly WhatsApp.

I am looking for a Tool which can put together several of them and manage them. Some whats apps may be forgoten, maybe some Instagram posts answers or even some calls.

I am not sure if what I need is Zoho Desk, I checked and seems like whatsapp integration has to be bought and payed per message which seems huh, not the best thing. We send a lot of WhatsApps daily, and if we have to pay for them, I believe it would be great.

Should I even though implement Zoho SalesIQ? Should I look into other softwares such as Desk or CRM
