Issue adding more e-mail addresses

Hello Support:

1. Currently in Zoho one paid plan with only one user paid: User A

2. Started to use Zoho mail as part of the Zoho One bundle (all included apps)

3. e-mail used to be hosted in GoDaddy - 6 email address in total (B, C, D, E, F)

4. no problem when migrating A - properly configured in Zoho mail and able to send and receive e-mails with no problem

5. trying to add B to Zoho mail ONLY as I do not need this e-mail address to be a user in Zoho one - The system is not allowing me to add it, as a result, I am not being able to receive or send e-mails using this e-mail add

6. need to add more e-mail address ONLY to Zoho mail (G)

Can you advise on the procedure?

How to Add Users to your Organization in ZohoMail?
A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address. If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM. You can also import them using a .csv file.
