Firstly, the automation we set up for today's email (060) at 9:30 a.m. did not follow the scheduled time. Instead, it was sent at 8:53 a.m., causing a significant disruption to our planned marketing activities. Additionally, the subsequent email scheduled for next Tuesday (061) at 9:30 a.m. was sent at 9:57 a.m. This inconsistency is a recurring problem that we have encountered before, and unfortunately, it seems to have resurfaced.
Moreover, the live chat option, which we have utilized in the past, is currently not visible on the platform. Having a reliable and accessible support channel is crucial for us, especially when dealing with time-sensitive issues like this.
