Issues with Zoho

Hi all - Has any other company has some of issues listed below. Were you able to resolve them. We have had many calls with Zoho One support team and they have said these cant be achieved due to limitations so I was wondering if anyone has had a workaround

BOOKS

  • Having issue in Zoho Books that taking multiple heads for Inventory when we are doing the stock in & out and about the flow to book the COS in proper accounts instead of one account but could not find the proper solution.

CRM

  • Once sent for approval the opportunity is completely locked. No changes/updates can be done to the information unless it is rejected. 
  • Reports are not viewable on phone App
  • Pending approvals reminders cannot be set up.
  • Adding multiple vendors under opportunity without duplication of opportunity in the reports.

 

INVENTORY

  • The stock IN-OUT report has some glitches not fixed by your partner.
  • Purchase order missing issue in inventory module.
  • The "Inventory Valuation Summary" report in our Inventory module should display the current stock value and the quantity of stock on hand at the time the report is generated. However, the report shows the quantity and value of the stock that we have already shipped and delivered to the client. What leads this to happen and how can it be fixed? This needs to be fixed urgently.
