Is anyone else out there having the same issue we're experiencing?
When we send out an email template, Zoho insights is converting the URLs from the URL we insert in to the template in to one of the form
or
I presume this is what allows them to track clicks back to recipients - neat.
The issue is that for around 5% of our customers, these links fail.
Their internal firewall, provided by McAfee in the cases we've been able to verify, is blocking the link (it's the same issue in all browsers on that PC, but if we get them to use their phone or tablet, it works fine).
It looks to me like McAfee have blacklisted some of Zoho's IPs.
It feels to me like this is an issue that could be affecting a lot of Zoho implementations without people knowing - I don't see how it can be specific to us.
