I'm reaching out here because I'm in desperate need of assistance with Zoho's tax configuration, and I'm hoping someone in this community might have encountered similar issues or can offer guidance.
Here's my problem: I've been running into numerous challenges with Zoho's handling of taxes, particularly when it comes to dealing with multiple tax rates and the configuration of the British Columbia Provincial Sales Tax (BC PST) Return.
Specifically, Zoho seems to struggle with comprehending situations where there are more than one tax that need to be recorded separately, such as the combination of GST and PST. This has resulted in significant headaches and inaccuracies in my tax reporting.
Furthermore, when Zoho configured the BC PST Return, it completely broke the Advanced Tax Automation "Tax Rules" feature, which I didn't even need to use. This has locked one of my tax rates, preventing me from deleting it as needed.
Despite reaching out to Zoho for assistance, I've hit a dead end. While they acknowledge the issue and claim it's in their pipeline to fix, they haven't been able to provide any immediate help or workaround. It's incredibly frustrating to be locked out of editing essential tax rates, especially when it's impacting my business operations.
If anyone in this community has experienced similar issues or has any additional information or insights that could help me navigate this problem, I would greatly appreciate your assistance. I'm open to any suggestions, workarounds, or advice you may have.
