We are writing to request an enhancement to the Jira integration within Zoho Desk. Currently, comments added to Zoho Desk tickets from Jira are automatically attributed to the user who created the integration. This can be cumbersome, especially when this is an active account that is used for daily operations and should not be associated with tickets unrelated to the user.
