L' intégration Zoho CRM avec Ringover



Ringover est une application "Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS)" qui aide les utilisateurs de Zoho à communiquer par téléphone efficacement et à collaborer en toute simplicité. Il suffit de connecter Ringover à Zoho pour que les appels téléphoniques et les conversations par SMS soient enregistrés automatiquement, ce qui réduit le temps consacré à la mise à jour de votre CRM. Cette intégration permet d'accéder rapidement à Zoho pour y saisir des notes sur les appelants, ce qui vous aide à aborder chaque appel avec plus de contexte.

Solution

Ringover offre plus qu'un outil d'appel téléphonique : il s'agit d'une plateforme CCaaS qui centralise les appels téléphoniques, la vidéoconférence, la messagerie instantanée et les SMS. Combinée à Zoho CRM, elle offre les solutions suivantes et plus encore pour répondre à un éventail de besoins en communication d'entreprise :
Appels instantanés : il suffit de cliquer sur l'icône Ringover située à côté du numéro de téléphone enregistré dans Zoho CRM pour appeler clients.
Identification de l'appelant : Ringover associe les appelants à leurs coordonnées Zoho correspondantes, ce qui permet aux agents d'offrir une expérience personnalisée lors de chaque conversation.


Gestion automatisée des conversations : grâce à la synchronisation transparente entre Zoho et Ringover, il n'est plus nécessaire de mettre à jour manuellement le CRM. Les dossiers des clients dans Zoho sont immédiatement mis à jour avec les détails de l'appel, du SMS et du message vocal, ce qui permet de s'assurer que toutes les informations essentielles sont capturées et facilement accessibles.

Le suivi de l'activité en direct : exploitez les données d'appel par agent, équipe ou numéro de RVI directement à partir de l'application Ringover. Prérequis

  • Vous devez disposer d'un compte Ringover Power pour bénéficier de cette intégration.
  • L'intégration doit être effectuée avec un compte administrateur Zoho CRM.
  • Il faut que les adresses email des comptes Ringover et Zoho soient les mêmes.

Intégrer Ringover avec Zoho CRM

  • Paramètres >> Canaux >> Téléphonie
  • Depuis le Marketplace téléphonie de Zoho, sélectionnez "Ringover".
  • Lancez l'installation et sélectionnez "Tous les utilisateurs".
  • Ensuite, accédez à votre tableau de bord Ringover pour activer Zoho.
