Lead Conversion Mapping
I have had Lead Conversion Mapping working (almost) perfectly for years. Suddenly, it stopped working, and field mapping had the wrong fields for the contact to the Job "Deal." So when I convert a lead to a job, most of the fields are empty.
The Lead City doesn't have a City option, as shown in the attachment. The second attachment is how I would add a new lead and how it looks when converted to a Job "Deal."
I'm unsure what has caused this change in the settings. It's crucial that I restore it to its previous state, where the mapping was Contact—Mailing City = Job—City. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?
