Hello fellow Zoho CRM users,
I've encountered a challenge with my Zoho CRM setup and could use your insights. After investing considerable time in creating a comprehensive Blueprint to guide leads through the sales funnel, I've hit a snag.
My process requires that once a lead reaches a certain status (based on the 'Lead Status' field), it should be converted. However, upon conversion of a lead into a Contact and the creation of a deal, the lead record is deleted. This deletion prevents me from utilizing the subsequent stages of my Blueprint, which is a key part of my sales process.
My assumption is that I may need to create a new Blueprint for the Contacts module. My question is: Is it necessary to start from scratch with a new Blueprint for Contacts, or is there a way to copy or replicate the Blueprint that I've already configured for leads? The existing Blueprint contains a detailed sequence of actions that I was planning to execute, and I'd like to preserve that workflow if possible.
Has anyone tackled a similar issue or can provide guidance on the best approach to maintaining the integrity of the sales process after lead conversion in Zoho CRM?
