Licensing per site in Sites

HI,

There should be a better way to handle licensing each website in Sites. I discovered that creating a website is really easy. However from the template selection, it is not written anywhere that:
- each website is licensed on top of the Sites subscription
- each website created is allowed but removal is only possible from the super admin, and no admin.

So to "delete" a website, because you messed up or don't want to have it, you need to:
- call your super admin,
- she/he will go to Sites subscription, and remove the license to the site,
- you go to the site, and enter the preferences pane,
- Delete the site.

Lots of improvements to be done here
