In our Zoho Desk reality, we have only one department, and the agents are divided into 3 teams (first, second and third level).
We have activated Blueprint, but we need that the agents of a team cannot change the owner of the ticket assigned to another team (otherwise the Blueprint will not work correctly).
Example: if team A assigns the ticket to team B, the Blueprint expects Team B to verify the flow and the solution to the ticket. While the flow is waiting for Team B's response, the agent from Team A or Team C can take the ticket, but the Blueprint is waiting and does not understand that the ticket has changed flow.
