Position Overview:
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Business/Operations Analyst to join our team and help lead the charge in operations improvement initiatives. This role is focused on identifying opportunities for process enhancement and implementing impactful solutions—primarily within our robust ERP system, which has been built and refined in Zoho Creator over the last twelve years.
You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to analyze workflows, design improvements, and execute system changes directly in Zoho Creator. This is a highly collaborative role with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how our business operates day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership and department teams to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Lead and support projects to enhance processes within the ERP system developed in Zoho Creator.
- Build and modify custom applications, forms, reports, and workflows in Zoho Creator to meet evolving business needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical implementations.
- Provide training and support for end users adopting new tools or updated processes.
- Monitor system performance and propose improvements to ensure reliability and scalability.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience in a business or operations analyst role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Creator or other low-code development platforms strongly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
