Scenario:
The support tech and the customer both have Mountain Lion (Mac OS X 10.8.5). A customer has installed the desktop plugin (Zoho.app). The support tech uses Chrome to sign on at www.zoho.com/assist with his account and initiate a support session; he furnishes the session ID to the customer, who enters it to the Zoho.app desktop app. The sessions commences normally and the tech takes control of the session. Note, the support is using a mid-2012 macbook pro, the customer is using a 2013 macbook pro (retina display).
Symptom:
When the support tech presses the 'return' key, a return is seemingly not sent to the customer's Mac at all. All other characters are sent. Only the 'return' is seemingly ignored.
Is this a known issue? Any workaround??
