Manage your project's work items efficiently with the Kanban Board extension for Zoho CRM
The Kanban Board extension for Zoho CRM acts as a visual management tool for your CRM data. It is a great way to view all the records in your CRM segregated the way you want to visualize them. You can organize them based on deal status, lead pipeline stage, campaign type, or any other pick list field from any module in your Zoho CRM account.
The Activities module has a view which is close to a Kanban Board, but this extension takes that further by enabling you to customize and create your own Kanban Boards for any module.
Let's take a look at the Kanban Board:
Create a record: You can create a record for the module the board is based on.
Move records to another stage: Simply drag and drop a record to update the field value. The record gets updated based on the column you move it to.
Delete a record: If you click the Close icon, the record moves to the Recycle Bin.
Get a business card view: While creating a board, mention the important information that you would like to see at a glance for each record.
View a record's details: Access the full details of a record by clicking on it.
The best part in Kanban Boards is the fact that you can create it for any module, including custom modules and with any pick list field for that module. You can have as many columns as you want based on the number of values in the pick list field.
