Hi, the option to enable contacts sync/manage Zoho contacts in 0365 states:
"Take your Zoho CRM Contacts to Office 365 and manage Zoho CRM Contacts from Office 365"
If this is enabled, does that mean that all of my contacts in 0365 would be dumped into Zoho? Right now I'm having to add contacts separately in both 0365 and Zoho and love the idea that I could manage them in one location.
However this becomes pointless for me if that means it simply replicates my contacts list in both places. Dumping my all of my contacts in 0365 into Zoho would be very problematic/do more harm than good.
I'm guessing this isn't what happens and I'm not understanding functionality- I was hoping to get some clarity on what enabling this feature actually means for my contacts list in both places.
