Hello Marketers,
We know that conceptualizing email campaigns is part and parcel of your routine. However, as the number of campaigns you send increases every day, you will certainly need techniques to monitor how your contacts react to them.
In this series of post, we will be learning techniques to:
- Identify active and inactive contacts in a mailing list
- Examine campaigns that have received the maximum response
- Analyze the performance of campaigns you have sent throughout the year
- Understand how your campaigns performed over the years
A list-based report is an advanced report that provides data on how contacts in a particular mailing list have responded to the campaigns you have sent. It also helps you weigh the performance of your campaigns. We'll start by talking about Contact Data reports.
Contact Data is a type of list-based report that provides information about contacts who've opened your campaigns, never opened your campaigns, never even received your campaigns, and those who have not opened the campaigns sent in recent times in a particular mailing list.
How to access the Contact Data report
Click the Reports icon in the left pane of your dashboard and select List-based Reports.
Under Contact Data tab, select the required option.
You can use the Contact Data report to identify active and inactive contacts in a mailing list. You can then offer special discounts to your active contacts to create a strong customer base and send re-engagement emails to inactive contacts to win them back.
