Marketer's Space - Template editor elements - Paste as Plain Text
Hello,
In the previous post, we looked at the Boxed Text component.
Today, we'll go over an interesting hack about pasting text into the content section. When you are copying and pasting content into text components, it's always better to choose the Paste as Plain Text option in the pop-up that appears to avoid formatting issues.
Let's learn more looking into this user scenario :
Candace runs a bookstore and sends campaigns about the bestsellers, including an excerpt from them. She observed that the text she pasted always had certain formatting issues, which ruined the purpose of those campaigns. She kept trying different ways to avoid this issue.
Eventually, she used the Paste as Plain Text option while pasting the excerpt, which resulted in no formatting issues. From then on, she used that option whenever she had to paste text.
