Marketing Hub Web Tracking 'Define Event' Frame won't visually load site.

So I am trying to define several events on our landing page, but for some reason the frame that is supposed to load the web page is not showing. This means I can't highlight a spot to set as an event.

If I right-click in the frame and View Page Code, it does show that the landing page is loaded, it just won't show the site visually. It shows only white in the frame.

It loaded once in Firefox, but wouldn't let me pick a a highlight area. Then I tried it in Chrome, it worked once there and I was able to pick one highlighted spot and set that event. However, when I try to set another event in Chrome it appears to no longer render the page in the frame...again.

I tried to reload several times in a row and it will suddenly render, but then disappear before I can even hover my mouse cursor inside the frame.

I'm on a Mac (just in case that's an issue)

Anyone have any tricks I can do to make the Define Event frame render and function consistently.
