Since yesterday, meeting invites show up with the calendar icon, yet the meeting card (where you normally see the option to accept, the meeting date/time, etc.) is not showing.
I've tried different browsers, and the desktop (lite) app. All present the problem equally.
We are also noticing multiple notifications for incoming emails.
We couldn't replicate the reported issue in our test environment. To further investigate and assist you effectively, please send an email to support@zohomail.com. In your email, include the CalUID and Eid of a specific event that is experiencing the problem. Our support team will analyze the details provided and work towards resolving the issue.
To get the CalUID & Eid:
Right-click on the Zoho Calendar screen
Choose the Inspect option
Choose the Network option
Click on the Calendar event >> Go to the Network tab and click on the first link.
Go to Preview, copy theCaluid and Eid and share them with us along with the screenshot showing the calendar event detail for further analysis.
I have the same issue. It seems to come from contacts using Teams for meetings. See the calendar icon on the left but no details on the event or a place to accept the invite when I open the email. It makes us look very unprofessional.
