My Zoho Bookings calendar is integrated to sync with my Zoho CRM calender.
When a new customer books their own appointment via the "booking page" link, these appointments always sync to my CRM calendar with no issues.
However, when I use the Zoho Bookings Calendar to create a new appointment myself, these appointments do not always appear on the CRM calendar.
When I click +Add Appoinment, and fill out the "Customer" field with an already existing customer (already in Zoho CRM contacts), the appointment will sync to CRM Calendar with no problem, and is viewable on my CRM calendar.
However, when making an appointment for a NEW customer using the ZOHO Bookings Calendar, (for customer field I choose "+New Customer"), the appointment will not sync to my CRM calendar. The new customer will sync to my CRM Contacts. But the appointment will not sync to my CRM calendar.
How can I fix this??? I need all appointments made through Bookings calendar to sync to my CRM calendar.
