So we have an issue
My employee tried using books help chat and guy couldn't grasp problem.
I tried using inventory help chat and my guy also couldn't grasp the problem.
I have Invoices with an Item on them "Install 20 gallon Pressure Tank".
My employee was trying to make a new invoice with that item and can't find it.
Help guy tried to tell me we had to have manually input it, but I showed him when you do that it looks weird
Then he said we must have used the "add item" button from the invoice creation screen and that it wouldn't show up in inventory then.
Except when I did this with Sample Item, Sample Item 3, and Sample Item 4, they showed up immediately in both books and Inventory.
And if the item is on invoices, as "Install 20 Gallon Pressure System" is, I couldn't have deleted it. But other than on several existing invoices we can't find it anywhere and help's answer was "you must not have saved it" even after I demonstrated that if hadn't saved it, it wouldn't look right and if I had saved it It should show up.
Anyone else had similar issues?
