I'm in need of some assistance with an issue that arose while setting up an additional workflow rule in Zoho CRM.
The workflow rule is designed to trigger when a lead status achieves a certain value, and as part of this rule, I have selected the 'Convert' option. This is where I specify the stage to which the lead should be assigned post-conversion. However, I'm encountering a problem: not all of the 'Lead Stages' configured in my layout are appearing in the dropdown list for selection during this step.
I've been combing through the settings to find an option that I might have missed, which would allow me to define which stages should be included in that selection list. Is there a specific setting that controls the visibility of these stages for conversion actions, or could this be due to some other issue?
Could anyone provide insight or instructions on where to find this setting, or explain why some of my 'Lead Stages' are not appearing as options in the conversion workflow rule?
