Monthly Report - List of employees part of the next evaluation cycle
Every month we send an email to the assessors' email addresses, announcing that a new assessment cycle has started. At the moment, we export from a list we have and HR sends the email.
Recently, we created a new field in Zoho that contains the information "next appraisal date".
Would it be possible that based on this field, an automatic email is triggered and sent to a specific email address the list of employees who are part of the next evaluation cycle.
For example, at the beginning of October, an email will be sent to a specific email address with the list of all employees with the next evaluation date in October 2022. The same in November...
Please advise.
