I'm about to start a monthly retainer engagement with one of my clients. I'm going to charge the monthly retainer fee, and would like to list the hours for each task, which should not accompany with the hourly rate.
I have 2 issues formatting the invoice, and I need some help to address these.
1. On the Task table, it shows hours along with Rate and Amount (hours * Rate). Since this is a monthly retainer engagement, I should not be charging for each task. I prefer not to show Rate and Amount at all in this table.
2. By default, it seems the Task table comes before the Item table. I'd like to have the Task table comes AFTER the Item table. Or, probably the Task table will be the page 2 of the invoice.
