I really like the idea of managing social within Zoho One because we can encorporate our internal task management, CRM, customer data and support tickets to it... BUT, without proper review management, its dead in the water for us. We still need to manage our social, as well as our clients social and reputation management from other social management SaaS.
PLEASE consider adding review site monitoring and repsonses from Google my Biz, Facebook, Trip Adviser, Opentable, what ever else you can add. Until then, I dont think its in a place to compete with the rest, nor can I find a reason to switch.
