Need to create and manage social media marketing- What can zoho social do for me?

I need to create and manage social media marketing- What can zoho social do for me?

I have interviewed a person that can create a good facebook profile, help me to find leads on facebook.

I understand that social media needs to be set up and maintained by posting, answering requests etc

I use zoho crm

Does it make sense to have a facebook expert create and look for leads there and also work with another person that can help me with other social media sites?

Should I look for zoho social expert that can help me with all social media marketing efforts?

What is the best way to go?

I also understand that there is something called scraping or looking for information that can help me?

I sell service install business telephone systems in California, CA> A good lead for me is a new company starting that needs a phone system, an existing company looking to expand or move, or anyone interested in  changing or improving their phone system

My goal is to find people looking for help with their phone  system.
