New Enhancements in Zoho CRM Plus Continues

Hello everyone,

In continuation to the former post here we will discuss in brief on the enhancements in SalesIQ and Social.

Enhancements in SalesIQ - In SalesIQ we have added Chatbot and Audio calls features that will allow you to interact with your website visitors.

Chatbot: You can engage with the website visitors through chat bots on desktop and mobile.

SalesIQ Audio calls: With audio calls you can interact with the website visitors via phone calls and also convert the ongoing chats to phone calls. You can even share your screens with them.

Enhancements in Social - In the social module we have added the following features:
  • Google My business integration
  • Enhanced analytics in social
  • Facebook lead ads and CRM mapping
  • Smart publishing options

Google My business integration: Businesses can schedule and publish posts to their GMB accounts with CTAs. They will also be able to view and reply to the reviews received on their listings and manage their presence across multiple locations using Zoho Social.

Enhanced analytics in social: In the new interface the reports in Social module will display data sets and graphs such as audience growth, post engagement, performance, and reach & impression.

Facebook lead ads and CRM mapping: This enhancement lets you map 20 different fields including the custom fields in CRM with Facebook. It also allows tracking new leads, both paid and organic from Lead forms. You can also run new Lead Ad campaigns from Zoho Social with the new Facebook Light-weight Integration.

Smarter publishing options in Social:

Smarter publishing queues: Spread posts throughout the week or month by adding them to a predefined queue with CustomQ.

zShare browser plugin: Customize posts for various social media channels (say 280 characters for a tweet and 2,200 characters for Instagram) You can also schedule or publish it simultaneously to different channels.
