We are new users of Zoho One and I am struggling a little bit with a function.
When we have acquired a customer we want to create a subscription via the CRM-module.
We have setup the 2-way sync between CRM and Billings and it works fine with most standard details but I am not able to find how to map an email-field from CRM -> Billings.
On the Account we go to the section "Zoho Subscriptions" and click New -> it requires an email adress (see attached picture sub1).
We then manually have to go into the billings module and update the customer with an email address to be able to create a subscription.
We only deal with B2B and the contact persons of an Account is in 999/1000 times not the receiver so we would like to use a custom field on the account "Email-field type". We then would like for the data in that field to sync over to the customer/account "email field" in the billings module. Is this possible via workflow?
Alternatively if it would be possible to add a new emailadress when creating the subscription...
Any help in this would be great!
