No-Cache policy of api's responses
Hello there,
I have been working with the Zoho Inventory API and have noticed that clients are unable to cache responses due to HTTP headers. As a result, API requests are not optimized for performance, which can lead to slower response times and increased API usage. Caching responses from the API would provide significant benefits, such as reduced server load and faster response times for users.
Here are some questions I have about this issue:
- Is there a specific reason why Zoho Inventory API currently does not allow for caching responses due to HTTP headers?
- Are there any workarounds to enable caching of API responses?
- Are there any plans to change this in the future?
Thank you in advance for your responses.
Best regards,
