No possibility to work with ZOHO atm

For 3 years now we have been using Zoho as a company, for a long time we were always very satisfied with the functionality and stability with which we could use Zoho. But since about 1 1/2 months working with Zoho is an absolute disaster. Tabs and leads load moderately or not at all. It sometimes takes minutes until a lead is loaded. This makes working in sales almost impossible. What matters here is stability and speed. If I have to wait 5 minutes between each call until a new tab opens, then I'm not only losing valuable time here, but also potential sales. 
The calloutcome option doesn't work at all anymore. As soon as you press Show Details, you get an error message with "crm.zoho.com has rejected this connection". Business growth is always good and important. But not at the expense of existing customers. If you want to grow and reduce prices, then you have to make sure that the servers run smoothly. And before it is said here now, "Have you ever emptied Chase, deleted cookies, used incognito or another browser?" Yes, that was all tried. The Internet line with 120mbit also runs smoothly. And this problem exists with everyone in the company, not just me. And all of them are sitting in the home office, so it can't be the company connection either. Zoho simply has to make improvements here. Get your servers under control.
