I have a Zoho from on my site where users can request to speak with me.
If multiple users request this within a short time frame (unknown) I don't receive all of them.
The form data shows up in my "reports" tab, but no e-mail ever shows up.
So far I have gotten about 20 submissions, but only received 15 or so e-mails notifying me that the forms have been submitted!!!
I only just realized this today, so now I have to explain to my customers why I missed their requets for help.
How can I ensure I ALWAYS receive an e-mail when a form is submitted?
I asked my e-mail provider, they do not rate limit my incoming e-mails. I checked my spam folder, they are not there.
