Not sure on how to integrate Bigin with Zoho Books/Inventory
Right now, our company have established the process regarding Zoho Books/Inventory. We send quotations, then create sales orders, after that we divide the process into invoicing and packages, the process finalizes when the invoice is paid and the goods delivered.
Despite the fact this covers most of our business I feel there is a part, where clients contact us, either through email, WhatsApp, Facebook and we register that interest they have in our product. Sometimes we send the quotation right away but sometimes, on bigger orders, it needs analysis. This process can not be done on Zoho Books.
Should I implement Bigin in our company? Is it what I am looking for?
