I've recently started using Zoho Notebooks to see its potential value as a collaborative resource for note taking (meetings, and other material). I really like the UI and the fact that you can access it via a mobile device (through the APP).
One of the notebooks, I tried to insert a table (to act as a form of a spreadsheet) to incorporate notes from meetings/with various columns. However, it does not translate well to a mobile device - appreciate given the reduced size that this would be difficult. Just wondering if you can suggest any workarounds or you have any options in the Zoho ecosystem which can link to notebooks and can be used as a spreadsheet of sorts and which is a lot more viewable.
Secondly, I was wondering if there is a way to use placeholder pictures to cover the entire note display- while also containing text/tables links etc. I appears that what you write in the note shows as the cover of the note (see attached image) - that doesn't look the best necessarily so was querying if there is a way to have a note full of content when you click on it but that can have as its cover an image and not just text.
Finally, is there a way to be able to highlight PDF resources uploaded into notebook? It would be great if you could be able to mark or highlight parts of a PDF for collaborative workflow reasons....
Any information you can provide would be most appreciated.
