Nouveaux Zoho Projets 8.0 - La simplicité et des nouvelles fonctionnalités
Cette année, nous nous sommes concentrés sur l'optimisation de la phase d'apprentissage et la simplification de l'utilisation de l'outil. Ainsi les nouveaux utilisateurs de Projets peuvent se lancer rapidement et les utilisateurs existants profitent d'une interface plus intuitive et performante.
Dans cette optique, nous présentons la vue "feuille de travail" - une feuille regroupant pour toutes les informations de votre projet. Avec un système de modification et de navigation simplifié, des améliorations contextuelles de l'interface utilisateur et une application mobile tout aussi puissante, vous aurez tout à y gagner !
1. Une expérience d'utilisateur puissante
Vous pouvez désormais créer des projets entiers à partir de votre clavier ! Toutes les vues en liste, telles que les projets, les jalons, les tâches et les problèmes, ainsi que leurs pages détaillées respectives, peuvent être parcourues à l'aide des raccoucis-clavier.
Vous pouvez naviguer rapidement entre les rangées et les colonnes d'une feuille à l'aide des flèches, et ajouter ou modifier rapidement des informations sur un projet sans avoir à entrer dans les pages détaillées. Il est également possible de mieux organiser les projets en déplaçant les sous-tâches dans les tâches et ces dernières dans les listes de tâches et les jalons.
2. Un diagramme de Gantt, accessible où vous le souhaitez
Il s'agit, comme mentionné plus haut, d'une version plus pratique et plus adaptée à vos besoins. Accédez à vos diagrammes de Gantt directement dans la vue de la feuille, au lieu de naviguer vers les rapports, et affichez la mise à jour en bloc des tâches à partir du diagramme de Gantt.
Que ce soit pour gérer des mini-projets de quelques semaines ou des projets de grande échelle qui s'étendent sur plusieurs années, Zoho Projects peut vous aider à visualiser votre Gantt en jours, semaines, mois ou années, selon la chronologie de votre projet.
3. Une personnalisation à tous les niveaux
Vous pouvez créer des champs personnalisés directement à partir de la vue de la feuille pour répondre aux exigences de votre projet . Il suffit d'ajouter ces champs grâce à la personnalisation.
Et en plus, vous avez accès à plus de 20 modèles de projets dédiés à votre secteur d'activité qui vous permettront de planifier vos projets et de vous mettre au travail plus rapidement. Que vous soyez dans la construction ou dans le marketing, nous avons des modèles prêts à l'emploi !
4.Une automatisation, selon vos souhaits
Tout comme les champs personnalisés, l'automatisation est également intégrée à la vue de la feuille, de sorte que vous n'avez plus besoin de naviguer jusqu'à la configuration. Créez des règles de workflow pour les projets, les tâches ou les problèmes directement à partir de la feuille et donnez à vos équipes les moyens de faire leur maximum.
5. Une améliorations de l'interface utilisateur contextuelle
Kanban - "Inline editing" a également été apportée à vos tableaux Kanban, de sorte que vous pouvez désormais apporter des modifications aux informations du projet, mettre à jour en masse les éléments de travail ou même ajouter des commentaires et des pièces jointes directement à partir du tableau.
Menu contextuel - par un clic droit sur n'importe quel module(qu'il s'agisse de la vue de la feuille, de Gantt ou de Kanban) un menu contextuel s'ouvre, à partir duquel vous pouvez accéder rapidement à des actions pertinentes, comme la palette de couleurs pour une tâche sur le diagramme de Gantt ou encore en cloner d'autres sur le tableau Kanban.
6. Une expérience utilisateur cohérente entre plateformes
Application mobile - la vue de la feuille de calcul est également disponible sur mobile, pour bénéficier d'une expérience utilisateur cohérente sur l'ensemble des plateformes. En outre, nous avons amélioré l'affichage des feuilles de temps, activé les tableaux de bord et les équipes de projet pour les mobiles, ainsi qu'ajouté le module calendrier pour Android.
Et ce n'est pas tout ! Nous avons ajouté de nombreuses autres améliorations qui répondent à notre démarche de flexibilité et de convivialité, telles que l'ajout d'une page de détail du projet sur les versions web et mobile, comme celle qui existe déjà pour les tâches et les problèmes.

Hi I need to create a report that shows the most recent note added to each opportunity. This is so management can see what the latest update is according to the assigned salesperson. One workaround is to use the status field but this implies added manual work and mistakes as the salesperson would have to copy the existing status to a note before adding the latest status... otherwise the activity history would be lost. Hello, I've just read a discussion about this issue, which didn't solve my problem.
