Offer link URL for the customer happiness rating as placeholder
Hello all,
we want to use the customer happiness rating feature. When you activate this feature you can decide whether you want to include only a link text in the emails or also buttons. Unfortunately, we cannot use buttons because Outlook does not display them correctly. However, this display problem only affects Outlook as a desktop app, which is nevertheless critical, since Outlook as a desktop app is very widespread and is used almost everywhere.
Therefore, one solution was to simply use the link. However, this is not a good idea either, because you can't customize it. Textually you can customize this, that's not what I mean. I mean the optical customization, like text color, size and font. This is not possible, because with the placeholders there is only a general placeholder for this feature. This is resolved inside the mail, you have no possibility to influence the display.
I would wish that the link URL, which leads to the rating page, is also offered as an independent placeholder. You already have the option to include the agent ticket button as a complete button or to use only the link or the specific URL...
