Hello everyone,
So we plan to use shared mailbox for certain address like this.
So let's take 3 users that are part of a sales team.
User1 connect is office 365 mailbox using POP3 to the CRM.
User2 and User3 do the same thing.
So now every email they send is being added to the CRM this is perfect and what I need.
But now the issue arise when we styart using organization email.
We add this email in the CRM and now they can send mail to the customer so all is nice and dandy. But when the customer does a reply it's not being added in the CRM and the sales team need to look into that mailbox. Is it possible to add this mailbox to the CRM like we do with users mailbox.
Keep in mind we are using Zoho One so we will not pay 55$ CAD just to have a extra user added to the CRM and adding is mailbox.
Can't find any information on how to do this. Also having the BCC address added to the email being sent from the CRM doesnt look profesional and if the customer does reply and not reply all we would not get reply added either.
Looking for any advice on how to achieve this.
So basicaly we need every Organization Email added in the CRM to also tag all the email being receive to catch the reply's from the customers.
