We use Zoho Mail across our business and are starting to use OneAuth
The business owner has an iPhone on ios17
He was collecting his email and calendar in the native IOS apps
However he was getting error messages asking for a password all the time
He has now started to use the Zoho Mail app and removed his account from the native Iphone email app
However his calendar is still asking for a password for the zoho account
Both app and phone are up to date and using the latest versions
The only way we seem to be able to get round this is to disable the MFA on his account
Can you offer any help on this please
