Other users can't see wiki pages

Other users can't see wiki pages

I'm having this problem on a few different wikis.  Basically I, the owner of the wiki, can see all of the content.  Other users that I've given permissions to see nothing at all (a blank dashboard).  I've gone through all of the settings (I think), and removed and re-added this user a few times.  Is there some default setting I'm missing that would allow my pages to be listed for other users (but not made public)?
