I have integrated a two-way sync between Outlook 365 Calendar and Zoho.   I currently testing the integration - I am operating with Outlook 365 Calendar, and I create a meeting within Zoho calendar in my Outlook. 

I invite a synced contact (Dr Loopy Test Now) from Zoho where I am the contact owner and they are in my Outlook Contacts.  I invite them to the meeting (Meeting - GG).  This results in:

(a) Outlook - Zoho Calendar Meeting being created

(b) Outlook Meeting Email Invite - sent to participant

(c)  Zoho - Under Contact Record - Invited Meeting Task added

(d)  Zoho - NO email record of the invitation  (my Outlook Inbox has a plugin active)

(e) Participant Accepts the invitation - Outlook Inbox receives notification

(f)  Outlook Zoho Calendar - does NOT register acceptance

(e) Zoho - NO response to the invitation being recorded

Whilst the creation of Calendar meetings within Zoho CRM platform via Contact Record do Sync and record all relevant information including response - Zoho to Outlook, you cannot see who the participants are when viewing meeting in Outlook so this is not a viable option.

Could someone kindly advise how I can solve the above issues?
