Participants can now join to the invited meetings from within the Android version of the Zoho Meeting mobile app

Hello All,

In the latest version (v2.3.3) of the Zoho Meeting mobile app, we have brought in support for the below enhancements:

 

Invited meetings in upcoming list:

If a participant is added while scheduling a meeting, invited meeting will be updated in upcoming list and participant can join from within the app.




Screen share without host approval:

Now participants can share their screen in ongoing meetings without host permission.

 


 

 

Shorten URL :

Shorten URL support added for meeting join and webinar registration.( For eg: https://meet.zoho.com/lncfZ9YBPx).


Join Webinar :
If a user is added as a co-organizer in the webinar and if user signed in with a co-organizer account and tries to join the webinar manually by entering the webinar key, then the user will be joined as a co-organizer in the webinar.
