Scheduled maintenance will take place in the IN data center (DC) on Sunday, 11 July 2023 from 6:00 AM IST and 6:30 AM IST. Expect 30 minutes of downtime if your account is hosted in the IN DC.
During the maintenance window, Zoho Desk will be completely inaccessible to you. Your customers won't be able to reach out to you through help centers, ASAP, or chat widgets. However, they will be able to send messages through other channels, including email, instant messaging, and social media. You can view these messages in your help desk account as soon as maintenance is complete.
This maintenance effort is aimed at enhancing the speed and overall performance of Zoho Desk. We're carrying it out on a Sunday in the hope that the maintenance window falls outside your business hours, causing no interruption to your support operations.
