My research is about computer supported collaborative work through a human computer interaction perspective. The aim of the study is to develop a standardized questionnaire (sometimes called as "scale") to assess the quality of collaborative work in terms of usability.
Zoho Docs Writer is a typical example for collaborative software. However, it is hard to access find the actual users of Zoho Docs. Also, some of the people who experienced Zoho Docs did not experience the online collaboration purposes, such as sharing the documents with colleagues, writing and editing together.
If you have ever experienced the online collaboration functions of Zoho Docs Writer, your expertise and opinions are invaluable for my study.
