POP ACCESS BLOCKED

POP ACCESS BLOCKED

Dear friends,

I have made a new Outlook installation and I have added my zoho email address as new POP account:

yousri.graja@tunisiepharma.com

But my account has incoming pop access blocked. Please see attached screen prints.

It seems that it is related to POP fetch size limit of 1 GB per day. Could you please help me to solve this issue and to find a solution in case it happens again for my account or for the accounts of my colleagues in the Company. I tried to see settings on webmail acess. I tried : Settings >> Email Forwarding and POP/IMAP access but I didn't find any captcha link to solve this issue.
