Pre-Populate Answer Using Zoho CRM Field

I have a survey whereby we send it to the different respondents via email template in Zoho CRM. This is the survey link in the email. (real link info HIDDEN for privacy.)

So I have a field in the survey called "Email" and I want the respondent's email to pre-populate into this field. I have Pre Populate answer 'checked', Value From 'URL Parameter', Parameter Name 'zcrmemail'

However, when the respondent receives the email, clicks the survey link and goes to the survey, the email field is pre-filled with encrypted data (4719ede9f6b63f239dc69cda) instead of the email address.

How do we get the respondent's email to pre-fill instead of the encrypted data?
