Problem joining cliq group calls

Problem joining cliq group calls

Hello,

I have a moto g power, android 10. I used to be able to join cliq group calls, but last week I started having problems joining.
I receive a notification for an incoming call, so I touch the join button. When I receive the next join option (shown with the option to turn on or off the mic and video options) I'm directed back to the chat screen instead of joining the video call. Sometimes after I touch the join button, and I'm directed back to the chat, I see a green banner at the top which reads, "Tap to return to call- Ongoing group call".
I used to be able to restart my phone and join, but now that no longer works. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no improvement.
I'm not 100% certain, but I think that this started after the last update I received.

                                                On Android, I used to get notifications on my phone whether I was in the app, or it was started. Then about a month ago, I stopped seeing notifications on my phone UNLESS I had already started the app. So if I reboot my phone, and never start the app,
