I'm currently using Zoho Flow to send MMS messages from phone numbers from Flowroute to Cliq.  The problem is that Flowroute doesn't provide a direct link the the jpeg file. Instead, they send a link that gets hashed by an Amazon AWS server, which in turn then chucks out the jpeg as a download.  An example of what Flowroute provides is the following:

Can Cliq be given some intelligence to be able to recognize this as a viable jpeg by triggering off of this part of the link:"https://mms-media-prod.s3.amazonaws.com/1365390633427451904-123_1.jpeg"?  (More specifically recognizing the /xxxxxxxxx.jpeg portion). This same request would naturally apply to three and four letter extensions of other media types as well.
