I have some uncanny situation with my agents' profile picture. Some are using Firefox, and others use Chrome. They have strictly similar personal settings as well as roles, profiles, and every other permission.
Problem is as follow: agents using Firefox cannot see the profile pictures of other agents (even though all agents have the same security settings and permissions), whereas agents using Chrome don't face this issue. Instead, they see the other agent's initials (default behaviour).
With another agent (who's using Firefox), I tried the following (for my own account), based on
this thread:
- Going to Zoho Accounts (accounts.zoho.com).
- Going to Settings.
- Setting the Privacy Setting to Everyone instead of Only registered Zoho users.
Once this was done, the agent was able to see my profile picture with Firefox. Then I reset my settings to Only registered Zoho users, and it was apparently still fine for him, he could still see my profile picture (but for how long?).
We need each agent of the company to be able to see other agents' profile pictures. However, some agents cannot use Firefox while some other agents cannot use Chrome, so it's not possible to ask them all to only use Chrome for Zoho Desk. It is also not possible to repeat the steps mentioned above for all agents, because we have agents all over the world, working in different time zones, so it's not possible to ask them to temporarily update their privacy settings for that. Finally, it's also not possible to let the privacy settings to Everyone.
Since all agents in my company are registered Zoho users, they shall be able to see other agents' profile pictures without having to ask anyone to change his/her/their settings, no matter the web browser used for accessing Zoho Desk. Is there a known issue regarding this situation? It's quite an annoyance.
