What are the benefits an drawback (pros and cons) of Zoho Directory for an organisation that uses only cloud services: Zoho One, Google Workspaces, Xero Accounting, and a few other minor solutions. We do not have Active Directory or MS Office, etc. We are moving to 100% chromebooks.
Currently, I add people to Google Workspaces and set up their group permissions, then add them to Zoho One via the admin panel and set up their roles and group permissions, and then go into the CRM and fine-tune their identities and permissions there.
Most staff use their Google identity to log into Zoho (with MFA, of course!)
We are not a big company, so this has been a problem in the past. However, we are expanding and hiring more people, so I would like to know if there is a benefit to using Zoho Director. Can it streamline the Zoho One, Google and Workspaces user account setup and management?
Any input and experiences would us welcome.
