Hi,
Let's say you have a Lead named Lead L, working for Company A. Lead owner is User 1.
Company A already exists as Account. Account owner is User 2.
When User 1 converts its Lead L to a contact, User 2 gets notified that a Lead has been converted to a contact for Company A he owns.
1. Is the notification sent to User 2 expected ? Because this is the first time I experience it.
2. I like to edit the email template of that notification, to match the organisation design. But I can't find it in CRM Settings / Template. Where can I find it ?
3. Where can I dis/en-able this notification automation ? I can't find it in CRM Settings / Automation / Workflow.
The problem that occurred when it last happened, User 2 contacted the new converted contact L, even if User 1 is the contact owner. I have to find a way to manage this too later :)
